The time between standard check-in hours of the first day of a reservation and check-out hours of the next day.

Rooms availability guarantee
The hotel guarantees that the room is available for the client’s check-in during the First Night of a reservation. The period of availability could be extended by the client by contacting the reception desk during the First Night. In case of late check-in, the total value of the reservation will be charged.
If no rooms are available upon the client’s arrival the Hotel would provide for free: the transfer to other accommodation within the city line and also receive services to book another accommodation.

No - show
